Cascade

A classic hop that you just can't go wrong with brewing. Cascade is often called a “workhorse” hop for its familiarity and multiple uses in the brewing process. These Iowa grown cascade bring a slightly different "terroir" to the game and are noted to have more citrus aromas and less pine notes than traditional PNW grown Cascade.

Crystal

One of our favorites. This "drinkable" hop has very low cohumulone levels so it is perfect for a smooth, easy drinking beer. This is the hop you need to convert your Busch Light drinkers to craft beer aficionados, or to at least get them started on something new!
  • Profile: Alpha acids 3.5 - 5%, betas 4.5 – 6.7%, cohumulone 21 - 26%, total oils 1.0 – 1.3 ml/100g, myrcene 40-65%, humulene 18-24%
  • Aroma:  Brings with it a mix of woody, green, some floral and fruit notes, also some herb and spice character.
  • Beer styles: German style pilsner, Lager, Kolsch, Belgian Ales
